I am the managing editor of Econ Journal Watch and an adjunct associate professor of economics at Austin Community College. I’m also an associate editor for Liberal Currents and an adjunct fellow of the Niskanen Center. I earned my Ph.D. in economics at George Mason University.

This spring I am teaching principles of macroeconomics to students at Austin Peace Academy and teaching principles of microeconomics to students at ACC’s Highland campus and ACC’s San Gabriel campus.
